Rhubarbs at the Litlibær Cafe
Hello Friends,
We got home from Iceland around 1:30 am this morning, so tired and clearly jet-lagged I'm writing this week's blog. It may show.
Litlibær in Icelandic means "little farm". We found a delightful so named cafe in a traditional Icelandinc sod roofed house on highway 61 in Skötufjordur fjord a little over halfway between Hólmavík and Ísafjörður on our day's journey between those two towns. If you pass through that way it's a perfect must stop place. Betsy got the blueberry pie and tea, I ordered coffee and a waffle that came with both rhubarb and blueberry preserves made from those crops on their property. Delicious! Their website is https://litlibaer.is/
The middle image of the three was taken with my Google Pixel 9 Pro cellphone cha-cha style (shoot the left, slide over, shoot the right) and auto-aligned in StereoPhoto Maker. The top and bottom shots were taken with my Panasonic Lumix GX7 with a 3D lens, using frame sides for phantogram processing, and processed with StereoPhoto Maker. All three were then enhanced a bit in Photoshop.
Once again I won't delve into politics, too tired to speak coherently. Every week new horrors. Next week I'll get back to it.
Best regards,
Barry Rothstein
