Box Elder Maple
Hello Friends,
Per Wikipedia, "acer negundo, also known as the box elder, boxelder maple, Manitoba maple or ash-leaved maple, is a species of maple native to North America." Last weekend I found the tree along a river on a hike at a Nature Conservancy park in Santa Fe, New Mexico. While it's not easy to see the dangling seeds when viewing in anaglyph (red/cyan glasses) hopefully you can freeview the images either parallel or cross-eyed. These shots were taken with a Panasonic Lumix GX7 with 3D lens, using frame sides for phantogram processing.
In following the news of late as usual I find there is NOTHING I like that the current administration is doing. As usual Trump believes that if he says out loud what he's doing it's perfectly legal and OK. His grifting meme coin gambit is corruption at its purest. His cruelty toward immigrants and non-white citizens is beyond despicable, and he's trying to de-fund and destroy the government entities and reliance on science that made us strong and safe.
We deserve better but we're stuck with this jackass and his lackeys for the next four years.
