Bulldog at the Bulldog Beauty Contest -- Long Beach

Hi All,

At the Bulldog Beauty Contest in Long Beach, they also had competition in the categories of seniors, cute, ugly, french bulldogs, pugs, mutts, chihuahuas, small dogs, large dogs, and pit bulls, a good time to be had by all. Something that marked this event as extraordinary was what was missing. Although there were hundreds, perhaps thousands of dogs passing through, there was almost no barking to be heard the entire day. I guess I shouldn't be all too surpised, I didn't hear any humans screaming at each other either.

This was a fairly lucky shot of a less than cooperative bulldog at the end of the day. It is a phantogram. You're welcome to print it out, so you can see it properly, back from an angle. It should also look very nice on an iPad or an Android.

CALL FOR ENTRIES: in the "First Annual Inter-Gallactic Phantogram Competition and Exhibit". Entry deadline is May 15, 2012. Rules will be announced by the end of this month.

If you're in our locality, next weekend on February 11 we'll be exhibiting at the Bulldog Beauty Contest at the Marine Stadium in Long Beach. As in most events we'll be selling books and cards, and offering to do doggie phantograms.
