Denali

Hello Friends,

This is Denali, the newest member of our dog pack. Denali was rescued from an illegal breeder by a wolf rescue organization along with five of his brothers. He is approximately 1/2 wolf. You may recall that our friend Ginny lost her wolf dog Fiona this past February, so she's cautiously happy to now have him. Bringing up a wolf isn't easy. Denali was not a very cooperative subject, and this was the best shot I got of him. Likely you'll see lots more images of Denali in the future. It was a point and shoot effort with a Fuji W3, and I approximated it into a phantogram by matching up scratch marks on the sidewalk.

Just a short rant coming, feeling like it's wrong not to speak out, sorry:

Watching the news is better than it was the previous four years, but the shameless beat goes on by our ex-President and his followers, who maintain that massive election fraud occurred because a large minority of the country is gullible enough to believe in Trump's blatant lies. State house legislatures controlled by republicans delight in passing voter suppression laws. And soon Trump's will be hitting the road again with rallies, where he'll cry about how the election was stolen from him and claim he'll be reinstated later this summer. Democracy as we thought we knew it is more or less over.
