Arugula
Hello Friends,
This year we're in the middle of a significant drought in California, so for the first time in many years I'm not growing tomatos. I'll miss them but I don't know how to grow them with minimal water usage. In the past I've grown a number of different lettuces, and the most hearty of them has been arugula. I'm not a big fan of arugula by itself, but as an accent with other lettuce I like it a lot, and I especially enjoy tossing the arugula blossoms into a salad.
I took this shot with a Panasonic Lumix GX7 using frame sides for phantogram processing.
My grand-daughter tells me it's time be be a monster, so I'll be brief today.
Regards,
Barry Rothstein
