Continuous Motion
Hi All,
Last weekend we were at Maker Faire where I shot phantogram head shots and taught people how they're produced. Welcome to those new to this blog who participated.
In the past Betsy and I spent considerable energy at Maker Faire selling our books and cards, but this time we didn't sell at all. Each day I took a couple of hours to walk around, and as such I got to see far more of the event than ever before. Along the way I found interesting subjects to photograph, so for the next few weeks you'll see some of these shots.
This device was produced by Solarobotics and is available in a kit. They describe it as a "Marble Motion kit, enabled by Solarengine technology that keeps on moving even in low indoor light!" It's fun to watch.

I send out a weekly email of these. If you'd like to be included, please go to the contact page and send me an email.
