Happy New Year 2021!!!!! It's only gonna' get better. Right? Here's to wishing for a boring 2021.
This is another dog walking neighborhood shot of i-don't-know-what. Botanists out there please help me out if you know what it is. I shot it with my Panasonic Lumix GX7 and 3-D lens, and frame sides for phantogram processing. From there I turned it over to my friend and partner Jim McManus to make the 'McManaglyph' you see here. We hope you like it.
Some of you have already gotten copies of Macrophant 3D, and we'd love to get your comments and reviews. If you'd like to review the book, check out http://macrophant3d.com/review.asp. You can read reviews of the book at http://macrophant3d.com/reviews.asp, although there's just one so far.
We would also appreciate comments and discussion about it posted to the various Photo-3d yahoo or facebook or instagram groups.
We're excited about the new book, and we're betting when you see it, you'll be excited about it too. Check out http://macrophant3d.com/ to learn about more about it. If ordering online use Promo Code 25 and you'll get one delivered for just $25 (USA only).
I'm tired today, but up to a little rant.
Four years ago today I was living in dread of the Trump administration to come. Clearly he was going to mangle, mismanage, embarrass and damage the country, and in that he did not dissapoint. His administration and the past four years will be analyzed, referenced and chronicled for hundreds if not thousands of years.
Perhaps Trumps last grand play will be on January 6, when Congress is to certify the count. On that day he's calling on his armed, maskless minions to masse in D.C. This is likely to get ugly and deadly for some. And even after that he'll have two more weeks to inflict new horrors and indignities upon us.
But we've made it this far, so let's keep it together, and together cross a couple of finish lines. There is no going back, only forward.
