Proteas in 2 Stages (and a mini-rant)

Hello Friends,

This is a neighborhood shot from a couple of days ago, protea blossoms in two stages. Above is early stage and bottom is spread out in full glory. I present these in "half-color" anaglyph form, due to the considerable amount of red in the images. Hopefully you're able to freeview them either parallel or cross-eyed for a better experience. I took these with a Panasonic Lumix GX7 with 3D lens, using frame sides for phantogram processing.

As to the rant:

I am beyond sick and tired of how one of the two main political parties in our country conducts business these days. Instead of attempting to govern and try to solve problems, they're only interested in gamesmanship, racism, trampling on women's freedoms, tearing down our democratic institutions, and denigrating immigrants. This is nothing new, it's been the playbook of demagogues and power grabbers in our history and abroad. I can only speak out from time to time and hope that our elections serve them the losses they so richly deserve, and they take their rightful place in the bowels of history.
