Hello Friends,

Say hi to Marty. If you think my stereography has been going to the dogs of late, you're right. I've been doing a lot of point and shoot dog phantograms of dogs with my Fuji W3. Every weekday from appx 4:30 to 5:30 since before Covid began I been get together with people and their dogs on a tiny bit of grass perhaps 1/3 mile from our house. At any given time you'll see 6-20 unleashed dogs running around, and I've photographed most to all of them. It's been the most adhesive social group most of us have had of late, all masked (except the dogs) before, now unmasked.

My tabletop phantogram workshop was today, just a few attended, thanks to you who did.

I have two live events coming soon of showing and selling my books coming up in the near future. The first is this coming Friday 9/24 where I'll have a table at the 4th Friday Long Beach festivities starting at 6pm in front of the Page Against the Machine bookstore at 2714 E 4th St, Long Beach, CA 90814.

The second is during the Long Beach Open Studio Tour. I'll be joining my friend and neighbor, artist Cody Lusby in his famous "Rose Alley" on Saturday-Sunday October 2-3 from noon to 5pm. You won't find Rose Alley on maps, at least not yet, but a couple of years ago Cody produced a series of rose murals in an alley next to his house at 2913 E 6th St, Long Beach, CA 90814.

Maybe it's a little early to be thinking about holiday gifts, but from what I hear it's time to start. For one, shipping backlogs will make some items hard to get, and strange as it seems, under Louis DeJoy, our Grinch postmaster, the US Post Office might be planning to charge more for shipping packages during the holidays.
