Pepper's Almost 10
Hi All,
If I seem to have an obsession with showing images of Pepper, sorry, it can't be helped. I've always loved the look of brindle dogs, their patterned fur a constant reminder of the elegant beauty in the forms of natural and life. I was walking by a well shaded lawn in later afternoon light yesterday, so took advantage. I shot this with a Fuji W3 camera, and approximated it into a phantogram by lining up blades of grass to form the four corners of the image.
The optics Friday night's gathering at Mount Rushmore were wrong in so many ways it was stunning. It was watching a train wreck in slow motion.
From the looks of things we won't contain the virus until Trump leaves office. The man could save thousands of lives if he told his followers it was their patriotic duty to wear masks and distance, so as to save American lives, their lives, the lives of their family and neighbors.
Wishing you a nice, safe 4th of July and weekend.
