Hi All,

Here's another neighborhood image I found while walking, shot with a Fuji W3 using frame sides for phantogram processing. Like most phantograms it's best to view it laid flat and looking down and from back at an angle.

As to today's rant, I'll be brief. Mostly what I see coming out of the Trump administration is stupid and even evil.

We all want our lives and economy go back to normal. The problem is that by valuing loyalty over competence Trump and his people are simply unable to understand and do the hard work needed to safely lead us out of the grip of the virus. They lack the will and ability to lead.

Not enough to just ignore science and the CDC's guidelines, now they're preventing a carefully crafted CDC report from being released to the public and government officials. This report lays out in great detail important steps for states, cities, counties, and businesses to go about opening up. Instead they're demanding that we lift all restrictions to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus, despite lacking adequate PPE, testing and contact tracing capabilities.

While a number of other countries have dealt successfully with the virus and are in the process of safely opening up, the white house and some republican governors instead are pushing us into exponential growth of the virus and a vast multitude of preventable deaths, far in excess of anywhere else in the world.

Our country, for many years a guiding light for the aspirations of people around the world, is instead is inspiring something new. They pity us.
