Chinese Crested
Hello Friends,
This is a Chinese Crested dog. Some are hairless, but this one clearly has some fur to her. I took this shot on the sidewalk a block from our house with a Fuji W3 stereo camera, and approximated it into a phantogram using dots, lines, and cracks in the sidewalk to to match up corners of the left-eye and right-eye images.
I spent much of the day at the Made store, or what's left of it, in downtown Long Beach, with a table outside, selling my books. They've carried my books and note cards for seveal years. They moved from their larger location next door, and now occupy what was once a Starbuck's space. Made's accompanying bar, Elinor, is due to re-open next month.
Not ranting this week, just grinding my teeth at decisions by our heavily politicized supreme court. Who'da thought?
OK, so it's getting deep into the holiday gift buying season, so I STRONGLY suggest you consider picking up some of my books for gifts. All my Phantom3DŽ books and note cards are around half price through to the end of the year. You can find them at http://3ddigitalphoto.com/Products.asp and it might be good to order before the holiday crunch at the post office.
