What is This?
Hi All,
Does anyone have a clue as to what plant this is from? It's seeds resemblt mini-pumpkins. It was shot with my Panasonic Lumix GX7 macro camera with 3-D lens and frame sides for phantogram processing. I chose to present a Dubois style anaglyph because of the predominant green and pink in the subject. The width of this image is approximately 3.5 inches.
I took this shot at the Botanical Garden of the Westphalian Wilhelm University of Münster in Münster, Germany. Münster is reputed to be a city of great livability, and I'd have to concur. If I were to live in Germany I think I'd look to live there. Some people complain that they have more rain than they'd like, but I'd compare the city's livability to pre-Amazon Seattle, and it's extremely bike friendly. Interestingly at this botanical garden I found a great number of plants I shot a few weeks before at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle.
Impeachment is looming larger with this weeks whistleblower confirmations of Trump once again actively seeking foreign election help, in this case from the newly elected president of Ukraine. You'd think that lessons learned would include "you can't do this", but it worked last time, so in fact the lesson learned is to do it again. And as usual, lot of republicans are openly condoning it. What's wrong with this picture?
A big shout out to Greta Thunberg and the hundreds of thousands or perhaps millions of school children all over the world who skipped school yesterday to join in protest against adults inaction on dealing with climate change. In the meantime our president and his administration are doing all they can to remove clean air, clean water and environmental protections.
