One More Neighborhood 'What is This'

Hi All,

Last weeks's mystery plant was identified by a couple of responders as a plant in the genus Euphorbia. According to Wikipedia, Euphorbia is a very large and diverse genus of flowering plants, commonly called 'spurge'. Today's mystery plant I've seen in many yards around my neighborhood as well as in various desert locations. I'd appreciate getting a name for it. I took it in late afternoon light with my Panasonic Lumix GX7 with their 3-D lens and used frame sides for phantogram processing. The actual width of this image is approximately 6 inches.
