Blue Butterfly Bush
Hello Friends,
From the same yard as last week's image I also found this poking over the fence. Google lens identified it as a blue butterfly bush, aka Clerodendrum. Like all of my macro images the past few years I shot this with a Panasonic Lumix GX7 with 3-D lens, using frame sides for phantogram processing.
Repeat commercial message: A holiday offer on books that will make for great gifts for friends, family, or even yourself. Any book for $10, including Macrophant 3D, Pop-Up 3D, Phantograms from Nature or Crossview 3D. That's just ten bucks a book. Use the PromoCode "TEN" at checkout. Good until the end of the year.
I'm previously asked for some alternatives to the word "rant" for my emails. One reader provided a list of a couple dozen possibilities, my favorite being "harangue". Another interesting one I'd never heard of was "pensee". In any case even though there's plenty to harangue or pensee about this past week over incoming cabinet picks, I'll hold my thoughts for now.
Wishing you well as we head into the holidays,
Barry Rothstein
I send out a weekly email of these. If you'd like to be included, please go to the contact page and send me an email.
