Wilson
Hi All,
Say hi to Wilson, a fun yellow labrador who lives in our neighborhood. Not an easy poser, and I chopped off a bit of his left paw, but this is the best shot I got of him. I took this with my Fuji W3 and approximated it into a phantogram.
Work on the new book of macro phantograms is moving along nicely. Let me know if you want to be added to the list to be notified when it's available. I'm hoping for sometime around November 1.
Regarding this week in politics I don't know where to start or finish. Trump and Barr continued their blatant ham handed attempts to discredit the upcoming election, and despite the usual mealy mouthed blatherings from republicans in the senate, we're finally starting to see meaningful pushback. Most telling have been the accounts of career public servants who left the Trump administration and are now confirming how bad it really is. Probably I'm just naïve, but I'm feeling almost optimistic that the country has had more than its fill of Trump and his bunch, and will soundly vote him out, and he'll leave.
RBG has left us, but provided a legacy of the vast good one person can do, a truly great life lived. She inspires us at a time when we live in a surreal comic bookish morality play, a rare instance of a seemingly clear choice between good and evil.
