Pink Poppy
I found this lovely pink poppy in my neighborhood and couldn't resist photographing it. Looking it up online on the Plant Net app, it's identified as an opium poppy, as were some bright red poppies that were my image-of-the-week two weeks ago (http://3ddigitalphoto.com/ImageofTheWeek.asp?week=08-26-2023).
Tonight we're boarding a flight to Tokyo, and from there heading to Tsukubo, Japan, on the outskirts of Tokyo. Can't wait. Betsy and I will be attending the International Stereoscopic Union World Congress (https://isu2023.stereoclub.jp/index.html), a week-long event dedicated to fun and 3-D photography. Hope to see you there.
